Opening hours

From 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Check-in starts at 4pm. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals, subject to availability.
For late arrivals after 6:00 pm, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare for your arrival.

Procedure

On arrival, please report to reception, where our team will give you a warm welcome.
Valid identification and booking confirmation are required to verify check-in.
Additional information may be requested to complete your file, including a credit card for any extras.
Handing over the keys: Once you’ve checked in, we’ll hand over the keys to your room and provide you with all the information you need to make the most of our facilities.

Opening hours

From 08:00 to 10:00.

Check-out time is 10:00 am. We understand that saying goodbye can be difficult, so if you need a little more time, please let us know. Late check-out may be possible subject to availability and additional charges.
For very early morning departures, we recommend that you prepare your check-out the day before.

Procedure

Preparation: Make sure you have all your belongings and that you haven’t forgotten anything in the room.
Visit to reception: Go to reception to finalize your check-out. Our team will verify your account, make any necessary adjustments, and accept payment for additional services if applicable.
Return of keys: Don’t forget to return your room keys. A fee may be charged for any key not returned.
Feedback: We appreciate all comments from our guests. If you have a few moments, we would be grateful to receive your impressions of your stay.
